About Frost Planning

Frost Planning was established in December 2011.

The Managing Director is Andy Frost.

Andy has been a Chartered Member of The Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) since 1999 and has worked for over 28 years as a planner within the public and private sectors, covering all sectors and types of development.  This includes leading planning teams at the Manchester offices of two global companies.

Andy acts for landowners, private companies, house builders, private individuals, institutions, utility companies, pension funds, banks, retailers and government bodies.

Andy is currently acting as the lead planning consultant for Engine of the North (property company owned by Cheshire East Council) and is leading on two strategic sites – a new garden village at Handforth and an urban extension to South Macclesfield.
